Role Summary

The Sales Admin & Ops Sr Coordinator will support sales reporting, productivity initiatives and control activities for the OTC cycle. This role works closely with frontline sales, sales leadership and control teams to improve reporting quality, monitor performance, and help ensure process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales KPI reporting covering market execution, infrastructure, sales and related business measures.
  • Assist in building the Sales AOP and I&GP plan by reviewing sales KPIs and volume movements.
  • Work with frontline sales teams and sales leaders to strengthen the organization and usability of sales information.
  • Handle ad hoc reporting and business analysis as business needs arise.
  • Support the sales productivity program and help execute related activities on a regular basis.
  • Compile the monthly freshness report, summarize market freshness status, and flag the findings to sales management.
  • Track stale inventory, monitor stale spend against budget, and escalate major market challenges.
  • Carry out field checks to verify the accuracy and implementation of freshness reporting and stale control processes.
  • Support the cartons recycling initiative and help ensure targeted savings are achieved.
  • Track sales team performance through daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Provide operational support to the frontline sales force for proper execution of the RC project.
  • Assist the Sales Operations Manager with HC efficiency and optimization initiatives.
  • Support the control agenda for the OTC cycle together with the COSO/SOX Lead.
  • Help ensure that OTC processes, procedures and policies are documented and aligned to business operations.
  • Contribute to updates of processes, procedures and policies based on control and risk assessment workshops.
  • Support periodic COSO testing by control and process owners and assess control effectiveness.
  • Help organize control workshops to build awareness of OTC processes, policies, procedures and risks.
  • Support risk assessment workshops to identify routine risks, document control objectives and follow through on agreed action plans.
  • Assist in identifying non-routine and fraud risks.
