Estate.One is looking for a fresher-level Sales Associate to work from Gurgaon, Haryana. The position focuses on client interaction, property selling, deal closure support, and contributing to sales growth in a real estate advisory environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Connect with prospective clients to learn about their requirements and property preferences.
- Present properties to clients and explain the important features and value they offer.
- Support negotiations on sales agreements so the final terms work well for both sides.
- Create and execute sales plans aimed at achieving or exceeding targets.
- Deliver strong customer service to keep client satisfaction high throughout the sales process.
- Review sales performance data and share periodic updates with management.
- Work closely with the wider sales team, exchanging effective practices and supporting shared goals.
COMPENSATION
The role offers a yearly salary in the range of INR 4,00,000 to INR 6,50,000.
ELIGIBILITY
This opening is intended for candidates who can take up the role immediately. No prior work experience is required.
SKILLS NEEDED
Strong communication, client handling, negotiation, sales planning, property presentation, teamwork, reporting, and working knowledge of Excel are important for success in this role.
