About the role
We are hiring a Sales Associate for our team in Saudi Arabia. The position focuses on delivering strong customer service, supporting sales goals, and helping create a welcoming shopping experience. Candidates with an interest in food and beverage, hospitality, or retail, and who enjoy working with customers, are encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a courteous and approachable way.
- Support shoppers in choosing products and make suitable suggestions.
- Handle sales transactions carefully and efficiently.
- Keep the sales area tidy and well arranged.
- Work toward meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Respond to customer questions and assist in resolving complaints.
- Stay informed about product details and current promotions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and people skills.
- Ability to perform well independently as well as within a team.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- English and Arabic fluency is preferred.
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
