Role Overview
DarGlobal is hiring a Sales Manager in Doha, Qatar to report to the Sales Director. The role focuses on driving sales of real estate offerings by bringing in self-generated leads, broker-sourced leads, and company-provided leads. Success in this position means consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals while staying aligned with company standards, governance requirements, and legal and corporate guidelines to support profitable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the agreed time frame and aim to exceed them whenever possible.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and maintain regular engagement.
- Grow revenue by using a variety of creative and effective sales channels.
- Support clients throughout the buying journey by offering guidance and responsive assistance.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums to generate fresh leads and expand relationships.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of transactions, client data, and sales activities.
- Travel to assigned areas to identify and approach prospects for different company products and increase the client base.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable real estate options, pricing, future project updates, and relevant promotions to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain ongoing connections with both existing and prospective clients through meetings, calls, emails, site visits, and events.
- Demonstrate DarGlobal product ranges to clients when needed.
- Gather market intelligence on projects, competitors’ sales strategies, and positioning to support business development efforts.
- Work with the Marketing team and represent the company at exhibitions and property promotion activities.
Experience and Competencies
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in property sales or in closely related sectors such as luxury goods or premium brands.
- Strong results orientation with the ability to deliver operational excellence and practical solutions.
- High sense of accountability and ownership for work outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across functions.
- Clear, timely, and professional communication in both spoken and written form.
- Openness to innovation and a proactive mindset for finding new opportunities.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships.
