Role overview
An international project management consultancy is looking for a seasoned Senior Construction Manager to support a major, high-profile development close to Riyadh. This position is central to the early delivery stages, with a strong focus on rapid mobilisation and the opening construction phase of a complex, large-scale programme.
What the role involves
You will work at a senior level with the client, consultants, and contractors to help steer project execution from the very beginning. The role calls for strong leadership and the ability to coordinate moving parts across multiple teams while keeping progress on track for a fast-moving programme.
Key requirements
- You must already be based in Saudi Arabia.
- A transferable Iqama is required.
- You should be able to join immediately.
- Experience with leading main contractors is essential.
- You need a proven history of delivering large, technically complex construction projects.
