직무 설명
Overview
This role supports the project manager and wider project team across documentation, control, cost tracking, scheduling, and construction supervision. The right candidate should be comfortable handling a broad mix of tasks, prioritizing work effectively, and keeping multiple project activities moving at the right pace.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day site coordination to help the project progress smoothly.
- Track project milestones and help ensure the schedule stays aligned with expected deadlines.
- Manage the RFI and submittal workflow.
- Handle owner billing preparation and related project accounting matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related equivalent background.
- At least 8 years of experience in roles such as project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of applicable rules, regulations, established best practices, and performance standards.
