Role overview
Bajaj Capital Insurance Broking Ltd is hiring a Senior Relationship Manager in Dhanbad, India. The role focuses on managing affluent client relationships, understanding their financial objectives, and recommending suitable investment and wealth solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals to understand their financial goals and suggest personalized investment options.
- Offer and sell related third-party products to current customers, including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, insurance, and other wealth management products.
- Generate fresh business by leveraging direct selling methods and by expanding opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Track client portfolios on an ongoing basis to keep them aligned with client objectives and revise holdings when needed.
Requirements
- Between 1 and 8 years of experience in B2C sales or the wealth management sector.
- Good knowledge of investment products such as mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, insurance, and similar offerings.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop trust-based relationships with HNI clients.
- Comfort working toward business targets while preserving a high standard of client satisfaction.
