About the Company

FIJI Water is widely recognized for its distinctive square bottle and its naturally unique mineral composition. Founded in 1996, the brand has grown into a globally distributed premium bottled water business and remains focused on responsible operations, sustainability, environmental stewardship, and supporting local communities.

Role Overview

The Operations team is hiring a Senior Supply Planner to build production and shipment plans that align with worldwide sales needs while keeping inventory balanced across warehouses in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working across the full supply chain.

The position is based in West Los Angeles, California, and follows a hybrid arrangement: on-site Monday through Wednesday, with remote work available on Thursday and Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create accurate shipment purchase orders and booking schedules on time, and share shipping forecasts with third-party carriers so production plans can be supported.
  • Work with ocean freight, drayage, and shipping partners to make sure freight allocations match shipment needs.
  • Coordinate with international sales, customer service, and plant production teams to plan direct customer orders effectively.
  • Prepare and distribute production and shipment plans for the production team, ensuring capacity limits are respected and inventory remains optimized across all warehouses.
  • Partner with sourcing, raw materials, ocean carrier, and production teams to reduce the risk of production delays.
  • Collaborate with distribution teams to manage inventory levels using warehouse capacity and cost efficiency as key considerations.
  • Track inventory and weeks of coverage by SKU across U.S. and international warehouses, keeping stock within target ranges that support the sales strategy.
  • Assist customer service with customer order fulfillment and arrange inventory transfers when necessary.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Finance, or Business Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain planning or a similar function is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Outlook.
  • Strong grasp of end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Excellent organization and strong attention to detail.
  • Clear verbal, active listening, and written communication skills.
  • Experience succeeding in fast-moving, results-driven, and constantly changing environments.
  • Ability to make sound decisions even when information is incomplete or unclear.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions to deliver ambitious outcomes.
  • Prior exposure to MRP or supply planning tools, such as Oracle Supply Planning Cloud, is an advantage.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $95,000 annually and may also include a discretionary bonus. Final pay will depend on skills and experience.
