Job Description
The Site Manager will be responsible for leading and managing Production and Warehouse teams, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the plant and equipment. This role involves developing production schedules, monitoring productivity, coordinating logistics, managing contractors, and maintaining comprehensive site records. The position also requires promoting waste minimization, conducting staff communications, participating in audits, and reporting on operational performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or operations setting, with demonstrated experience in site operations leadership. A background in production and warehouse operations is essential, along with strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office programs is also required.
