About the role

This opening is for a Social Work Expert on a remote contract basis.
What you will do
- Create a realistic digital work environment built around the Drive folders and documents used in day-to-day social work practice, including case notes, assessments, service plans, and similar records.
- Model real-world platforms such as Apricot (Bonterra), Salesforce Nonprofit, DocuSign, and SharePoint.
- Develop multi-step scenarios based on authentic workflows that require moving across apps, files, and stakeholders to test advanced AI agents.
- Partner with other social work specialists to shape task design, define scope, and review scenarios for accuracy and realism.
- Work independently with research teams to improve task structures and evaluation standards for social-services AI benchmarks.
- Help advance frontier AI research by contributing work that informs how AI systems are trained and assessed.
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of full-time experience in a large hospital system, county DHS/DCF, or a major nonprofit or behavioral-health organization.
- Hands-on daily experience with Salesforce Nonprofit, Apricot (Bonterra), DocuSign, and SharePoint or Box.
- Strong analytical reasoning and clear writing ability.
- Preferred candidates include those with an LCSW, LMSW, or an equivalent state license.
- Relevant background in clinical or medical social work, protective services, school social work, macro social work, or substance-use and mental-health program operations.
Compensation and terms
Pay is $850 to $1,000 for each completed task, with compensation depending on quality. High performers may also receive a weekly bonus. For consistently strong output, there may be an opportunity to move into hourly pay.
