Overview

Alkayan United is looking for a versatile IT operations specialist based in Jeddah to oversee and improve the company’s CRM environment and wider technology infrastructure. The role focuses on keeping systems stable, improving day-to-day efficiency, and providing user support so business operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor CRM platforms, hosting servers, and cloud-based work environments.
• Track system performance and security while helping ensure uninterrupted service.
• Manage the company’s email systems and internal network setup.
• Handle system integrations and build API connections between applications.
• Customize and adapt systems to fit business needs.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues and resolve technology-related incidents.
• Oversee the lifecycle of technical equipment and prepare work environments for users.
• Study technical problems, recommend practical solutions, and design improvements that can scale.
• Apply strong technical best practices to boost efficiency and system reliability.

Required Profile

• Hands-on experience managing CRM platforms and cloud or web hosting environments.
• Good working knowledge of email systems and network infrastructure.
• Ability to develop system connections and work with APIs and external integrations.
• Practical background in technical support, device administration, and system handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on improving technical workflows and operations.
