You will take part in the day-to-day running of the store, including staff support, scheduling-related activities, documentation, bank deposits, and merchandising. The position also involves helping with hiring, supervising team members, and making sure routine tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in coordinating overall store operations.
- Assist with recruiting, supervising, and guiding store staff.
- Help the team complete daily operational tasks and required paperwork.
- Prepare and handle bank deposits as needed.
- Assist with merchandising and presentation of the store.
- Maintain strong service standards and ensure customers receive prompt, friendly support.
