This entry-level retail sales associate role is designed for people who want a schedule that fits their life. The work includes customer service, cash handling, fuel-related transactions, cleaning, and stocking. In some locations, foodservice duties may also include preparing food and following food safety practices. Prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or food service is helpful but not required, as training is provided for candidates with the right attitude.
What the job involves
- Handle purchases, payments, and fuel transactions accurately.
- Keep shelves, coolers, and store areas stocked and organized.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment that is ready for customers at all times.
- Support food preparation and presentation when assigned, including coffee and other customer favorites.
- Deliver friendly service and help create positive interactions with shoppers.
- Follow health code and food safety standards where applicable.
- Use the rewards and loyalty program effectively while assisting customers.
- Perform physical duties such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.
