Role overview
Apple Retail aims to create a standout in-store experience by combining product expertise with a culture of inclusion and shared responsibility. In this management role, you will guide a store team, support excellent customer experiences, and help deliver the business priorities of the store.
You will spend time on the floor with team members and customers, model effective leadership, and work closely with colleagues and partners to meet performance targets and operational goals.
Key responsibilities
Your focus will be to develop people, strengthen store performance, and ensure the team delivers Apple’s standards every day.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members so they can reach both performance and growth objectives.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, development, and retention of a diverse, high-performing team.
- Take an active role in floor leadership by engaging with customers and employees across the store and reinforcing what great service looks like.
- Handle customer and team concerns or escalations, and work with leadership and People/business partners when needed.
- Plan and execute operational actions that support store targets and broader company priorities.
- Follow company policies and procedures, while safeguarding confidential customer, team, business, and financial information.
- Carry out additional duties as required.

Minimum qualifications
- Availability to work according to business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with reliable attendance as scheduled and in line with local laws and approved accommodations.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills; sign language support is recognized.
- Prior experience leading others in retail, sales, or a similar environment.

Compensation and benefits
The base pay for this position ranges from $38.40 to $57.63 per hour, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
