About the Role

Based at the Forrestfield head office and main distribution centre, this full-time, onsite position sits within a collaborative team. The role focuses on managing goods movement, keeping stock accurate, supporting parts administration, and helping internal and external stakeholders when needed.

Key Duties

• Accept, process, and send out incoming and outgoing goods.
• Carry out stock checks, count verification, and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain and update inventory records accurately.
• Support parts-related administrative work.
• Assist stakeholders both within the business and outside it as required.

About You

To do well in this role, you should be a reliable, energetic problem solver who can think creatively when challenges arise. The ideal candidate will bring practical store or warehouse experience, a customer-oriented mindset, and the confidence to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a comparable role.
• Interest in and understanding of the automotive industry.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Good computer skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work alone or collaboratively.
• Sound knowledge of OHS and workplace safety practices.
