Role Summary

This remote, full-time position is for a Systems Administrator responsible for keeping computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure running smoothly. The role covers system configuration, ongoing maintenance, performance tuning, technical issue resolution, security oversight, and monitoring of network health to support efficient day-to-day operations. It also includes coordinating software deployments, applying system updates, and maintaining documentation aligned with internal standards.

What You Need to Bring

Successful candidates should have hands-on experience managing and improving servers and operating systems, along with the ability to diagnose and fix technical problems effectively. Strong support skills and clear communication are important for assisting users and resolving issues promptly. Familiarity with firewalls, routers, and switches is needed for network administration, and a solid understanding of IT systems, protocols, and security practices is expected. The ability to work independently in a remote setup is essential.

Preferred Education and Certifications

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred. Professional credentials such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or comparable certifications are considered an advantage.
