About Filics
Filics is working to transform intralogistics with autonomous mobile robots that change the way materials are transported. Its double-runner system makes Filics the first and only AMR capable of moving through load carriers like Euro pallets, challenging conventional forklift-based workflows and raising the bar for efficiency. The Hiring Challenge
Filics is looking for talent that is exceptionally difficult to source. For roles such as embedded or robotics engineering, only a small number of highly qualified professionals may be reachable, and most are already in good positions, well compensated, and not actively job hunting. Reaching them requires knowing where they work, understanding their domain deeply enough to get a response, and presenting an opportunity compelling enough to make them consider change. This becomes even more demanding at the company’s current stage, where each hire has a major impact on the team. A poor hire affects everyone, and the competition includes much larger companies with greater brand pull and budgets. The goal is to identify the rare, outstanding people, attract them successfully, and maintain a high standard throughout the process.
Your Role
You will own the search and candidate experience for some of the most challenging positions at Filics. Working closely with hiring managers, you will clarify what each role truly requires and build a focused sourcing strategy for scarce talent that is unlikely to respond to a generic job advertisement. Your job is to identify these people, start meaningful conversations, and move them through a process that is efficient, respectful, and decisive until they reach an offer acceptance.
Your influence extends beyond filling open positions. Because the hiring bar is intentionally high, you are expected to strengthen that bar with every person you bring forward. You are not simply a coordinator between candidates and the company; you evaluate whether someone is truly exceptional and help protect the quality of every hire, even when it would be easier to compromise for speed. As the company grows, the people you bring in will shape the culture and capability of the team, and your work ensures that each hire makes the organization stronger than before.
