Talent Acquisition Manager - Technology

About the Role

HRsource is working with a major international technology company to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for its expanding operation in Saudi Arabia. This is a high-impact position focused on driving technology hiring across the Kingdom, working in close partnership with business leaders and HR to attract, assess, and secure top technical professionals.

The role calls for a highly motivated recruitment specialist with strong knowledge of the Saudi talent market, extensive experience in technical hiring, and the confidence to advise senior stakeholders while maintaining an excellent experience for candidates.

What You Will Do

• Set and deliver the talent acquisition plan for KSA in line with business expansion priorities.
• Work with leadership and HR teams to shape forward-looking recruitment plans for technology and digital roles.
• Own the end-to-end hiring process, including workforce planning, sourcing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
• Develop trusted working relationships with hiring managers and act as their recruitment partner and advisor.
• Create fresh sourcing approaches to connect with top technology talent across the Saudi market.
• Maintain strong pipelines for strategic, specialist, and difficult-to-fill technical positions.
• Ensure hiring is efficient, timely, and positive for every candidate involved.
• Use market insights and recruitment data to guide decisions, improve outcomes, and support workforce planning.
• Encourage internal movement, succession planning, and broader talent development efforts.
• Support hiring managers with structured interviewing, assessment, and selection best practices.
• Lead, coach, and develop the talent acquisition team while driving performance against KPIs and service targets.
• Build connections with recruitment firms, universities, professional groups, and industry bodies throughout KSA.
• Make sure all recruitment activity follows Saudi labour laws, Saudization rules, and company policies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition is required.
• Direct experience recruiting for technology or IT positions is essential.
• Prior talent acquisition experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi technology hiring market and current recruitment trends.
• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle hiring across areas such as software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and AI, product, digital, and enterprise technology.
• Track record of hiring for in-demand and specialist technical roles in KSA.
• Experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team is needed.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and hiring managers.
• A commercially aware, solution-oriented, and consultative approach.
• Ability to manage several hiring campaigns at once in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Strong sourcing capability using recruiter tools, professional networks, referrals, and direct search methods.
• Experience using recruitment analytics and data to raise hiring performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, Saudization requirements, and local employment practices.
