Role overview

As a Team Member, you will help ensure aircraft loading and offloading are completed accurately, safely, and within the required timeframes. The role supports smooth aircraft turnaround operations and requires close coordination with team leaders and other airport stakeholders.

Key duties

• Carry out aircraft loading and unloading tasks in line with Galley Loading Plans, standard operating procedures, and all applicable safety rules.
• Use and guide high loaders safely, following airside regulations and the manufacturer’s operating instructions.
• Observe all airside safety practices, regulatory requirements, and company policies to help maintain a zero-incident workplace.
• Contribute to punctual aircraft turnaround by working effectively with team leaders and relevant operational teams.
• Keep team leaders informed about operational progress, issues, and any potential hazards without delay.
• Report incidents or safety concerns immediately to the Team Leader.
• Work according to the department’s procedures and support the company Quality Policy and Quality System, aligned with ISO 9001:2000 standards.
• Stay compliant with mandatory training, certifications, PPE requirements, and fitness-for-duty standards needed for airside work.

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in food or logistics operations; airline catering experience is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal abilities and the capacity to work well in a diverse, multinational team.
