Job Overview

Codeflare Labs is hiring a Telecalling Executive focused on education outreach. The role is office-based in Greater Kolkata Area and includes speaking with educational institutions to gather recruitment updates and encourage them to list their vacancies on the company’s education job portal.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to schools, colleges, and other educational institutions across India by phone.
  • Gather information about faculty vacancies and hiring requirements.
  • Persuade institutions to publish their openings on the education job portal.
  • Keep accurate daily call logs and update the database regularly.
  • Work toward creating at least 50 job listings each day.
  • Pitch premium and paid posting plans to institutions.
