Role Summary

This full-time, on-site Telemarketer position based in Visakhapatnam is suited to someone energetic and target-driven. The role involves reaching out to potential students and clients, presenting training offerings, capturing leads, arranging appointments, and assisting with admissions and sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to prospective students and potential clients.
• Present Greenhatsz training courses and certification options clearly.
• Coordinate counselling discussions and schedule appointments.
• Track up leads and nurture ongoing customer relationships.
• Respond to queries in a courteous manner and share accurate details.
• Record call outcomes and keep the CRM or database updated.
• Work toward daily and monthly lead generation goals.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous exposure to telemarketing, sales, or customer support is an advantage.
• Comfortable working toward targets with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of basic computer tasks.
• Ability to speak Telugu, English, and Hindi is preferred.
• Confident, positive, and persuasive communication style.

Experience

The preferred background is 1 to 3 years in telemarketing, admissions, counselling, sales, or customer support.
