Role Overview

The Timecard Coordinator supports the timecard workflow for contingent workers, helping ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time. The coordinator also works closely with Payroll and Workforce Support teams to provide guidance and maintain a positive experience for contingent workers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review meal break entries to confirm they meet state-specific requirements and collect attestations when needed, including support for meal break penalty handling.

  • Check timesheet uploads to verify they were received correctly and that the data is intact.
  • Prepare and share specific client reports with internal stakeholders as requested.

  • Issue weekly and monthly updates to leadership covering unresolved timecard concerns.
