Role overview

As a Verification Teller, you will support branch operations by handling night bags and ABM deposit packages accurately, efficiently, and within service-level targets. The role requires you to build strong knowledge of the unit’s systems and processes so you can provide dependable support to branch sales and service teams. Administrative support and processing

  • Help complete Accounting Support Packages, including investigating, recording, and resolving exceptions.

Customer and branch service

  • Take ownership of processed work that could affect customer balances or branch out-of-balance items.
  • Handle exception items within assigned deadlines and escalation guidelines, or pass them to the appropriate authority level.
  • Track and monitor follow-up actions through to resolution for branch and customer issues.
  • Identify and document recurring errors noticed during verification and processing activities.
