Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Video Editor in Indore. The selected candidate will transform raw footage into refined videos for advertising and marketing initiatives while keeping output aligned with creative briefs and brand standards.

What You Will Do

• Edit and assemble unprocessed footage into polished video content for campaign use.
• Select, arrange, trim, and sequence clips to create clear and engaging stories.
• Apply transitions, effects, and colour corrections to improve the final presentation.
• Blend in audio elements such as music, voice-overs, and sound effects where needed.
• Create or add motion graphics, titles, and simple graphic elements to support communication.
• Work closely with copywriters, designers, and account teams to sharpen ideas and deliverables.
• Handle multiple assignments at once while keeping files well structured and easy to manage.
• Ensure all outputs meet quality benchmarks, deadlines, and platform-specific needs.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should bring strong video production and editing abilities, with the capability to take a project from raw material to final delivery. Experience in colour grading, motion graphics, graphics integration, and audio basics is important. Familiarity with standard industry tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software will be valuable. A strong eye for visual storytelling, timing, composition, and detail is essential. The role also requires the ability to work from Indore on-site, coordinate with cross-functional creative teams, and manage deadlines effectively. A background in film, media, design, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience is also acceptable. Experience in an advertising or marketing agency will be an added advantage.
