About the Role

CodeVertex Innovations is looking for a full-time Virtual Data Entry Clerk to work entirely remotely. The position focuses on handling data, updating records, maintaining documentation, and supporting organized administrative processes in a distributed work setting.

Responsibilities

• Share updates, clarifications, and status information clearly with relevant stakeholders.
• Handle sensitive company, customer, employee, or financial information carefully, where applicable.
• Help ensure remote work is dependable, structured, and accurate.

• Strong focus on accuracy, clear communication, and dependable work habits.
• Ability to work independently from a remote location while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• Comfort working within a structured business environment.
• Capability to manage documentation, records, or operational work with precision.
• Good organizational ability and sound problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background supporting remote teams or handling documentation-intensive work.
• Experience in administrative, operational, customer support, HR, finance, or analytical support functions.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks and internal systems.
