Role Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you will help ensure that jewelry items are handled carefully and dispatched efficiently from the warehouse. The position supports day-to-day logistics work and helps keep operations organized, accurate, and productive.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept, check, and place incoming jewelry and packaging deliveries into storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare online and store orders with accuracy and care.
• Track inventory in the warehouse system and help maintain correct stock records.
• Carry out routine stock counts and support inventory audits.
• Assist with product returns and quality-control checks.
• Keep the warehouse tidy, orderly, and safe.
• Work closely with logistics, retail, and customer support teams to ensure smooth processes.
• Contribute ideas for improving packaging, order handling, or storage layout.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant has some initial experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics, with jewelry or fashion exposure considered an advantage. You should be detail-oriented, practical, and comfortable working in a structured environment. The role also requires the ability to lift and move parcels, familiarity with warehouse tools such as scanners, Excel, or ERP systems, a cooperative mindset, and a proactive approach. Basic German or English skills are needed; knowledge of both is a plus.
