Role Overview

This position calls for a highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to keep daily warehouse activities running efficiently in a busy medical equipment trading setting. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full daily workflow of the warehouse, covering receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of medical equipment and related supplies.
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to support an efficient operational process.
  • Keep inventory records accurate and carry out routine stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Ensure medical devices are stored, handled, and labeled correctly in line with company procedures and regulatory expectations.
  • Coordinate incoming shipments with suppliers and outgoing deliveries with logistics partners and customers.
  • Check arriving goods for damage, mismatches, or quality concerns and escalate issues without delay.
  • Prepare and maintain shipment and receiving paperwork such as delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists.

  • Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and aligned with health, safety, and industry requirements.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Between 2 and 4 years of warehouse operations experience in the UAE; experience in medical equipment or healthcare is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Understanding of medical device handling, storage rules, and basic regulatory standards is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
