Warehouse Coordinator

Role overview

The warehouse coordinator will handle the receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of goods and materials at the company warehouse. This role also includes transferring items to customer warehouses in coordination with the designated shipper. Day-to-day work requires safe and effective use of forklift trucks and other warehouse handling equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan warehouse space efficiently so incoming products and materials can be received and stored in an organized manner.
• Accept incoming materials and make sure all required supporting documents are collected.
• Load, unload, and move materials and products using forklifts and other warehouse equipment, then place them in the correct storage locations.
• Verify incoming shipments against invoice numbers, quantities, and other relevant records.
• Forward goods receipt documents to the warehouse supervisor.
• Coordinate with the assigned shipper to move stored materials and products to customer warehouses.
• Obtain DRR (Delivery Request and Receipt) or delivery notes from customers and submit them to the accounting team.
• Keep forklifts, tools, and other warehouse equipment ready and in working condition on a daily basis.
• Support the preparation of periodic warehouse transaction reports.
• Help resolve routine operational issues within the warehouse.
• Carry out any other related tasks as assigned.
• Maintain inventory in an orderly way and ensure items are placed in the correct storage locations.
• Perform inventory counts in line with the 5cm directive.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a supply chain degree or a related qualification, along with at least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in the Riyadh Region.
