Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Warehouse Helper position is based in Germany. The role supports the smooth day-to-day functioning of the warehouse by handling incoming goods, arranging stock, assisting with loading and unloading, and keeping the workspace orderly and safe.

Key Duties

• Accept incoming inventory and place items in the appropriate storage areas.
• Keep warehouse stock organized and easy to track.
• Help load and unload shipments as needed.
• Carry out routine inventory checks and flag any shortages, damage, or mismatches.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the work area.
• Support coworkers with different warehouse tasks to keep operations running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Good organizational abilities and solid time management for handling stock and storage.
• Physical fitness to lift and move heavy items while following safety practices.
• Basic familiarity with inventory tracking systems and tools.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong problem-solving ability to deal with operational issues.
• Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving environment and completing assigned work reliably.
• Prior warehouse experience is helpful, though not required.
