Role overview
An opportunity is available for a production operative to join a busy manufacturing setting on an immediate start basis. The position is based in Northamptonshire and is offered with full training.
Working hours
- Monday to Friday, from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
- Overtime may be offered once 40 hours have been completed, and it is paid at time and a half.
Main duties
- Carry out offline packing and handle products carefully.
- Count items and complete quality checks.
- Fill in basic paperwork with accuracy.
- Make sure all tasks meet the expected standards.
Skills and communication
Good written and spoken English is needed for documentation tasks. Previous hands-on experience in a similar working environment would be helpful, though full training and ongoing support will be provided.
