Warehouse Supervisor

Role overview

The Art & Hobby Shop is looking for a dependable Warehouse Supervisor to support its active warehouse operation in Dublin. This is a full-time onsite role for someone with prior experience leading or supervising a warehouse or team and who is comfortable keeping pace in a busy environment.

The right candidate should be able to begin work immediately and must have the legal right to work full-time in Ireland without any restrictions.

What you will do

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Supervise warehouse activity and support team coordination.
• Receive incoming stock and verify deliveries.
• Handle straightforward administrative tasks linked to warehouse operations.
• Take on general warehouse duties as needed.
• Work closely with the Ecommerce Director and the Warehouse Manager.

Working hours

• A guaranteed minimum of 40 daytime hours each week, usually from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
• Additional hours may be required during peak trading periods, especially in the run-up to Christmas.

What we need from you

• Previous experience in a high-volume warehouse setting.
• Prior experience supervising a warehouse team or acting in a team lead capacity.
• Manual Handling certification is required.
• A forklift licence is an advantage, though it is not compulsory.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills.
• The ability to work well with others as part of a team.
• A reliable, organised approach and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
