About the internship

This in-office internship is focused on managing and converting client relationships for upcoming trade shows organized by Fusion Beauty. The role involves active outreach to existing exhibitors, sharing proposals and quotations, and supporting the rebooking process for next year’s events.

What you’ll do

• Reach out to current customers with introductory calls for next year’s trade shows.
• Send quotations, proposals, and event details to clients over email.
• Follow up with exhibitors regarding booth rebooking for the next edition of the exhibitions.
• Help clients understand stall placements and floor plans.
• Draft tailored emails based on conversations held over the phone.
• Discuss pricing, negotiate within standard rates, and encourage quick closure.
• Share value-added offers and discounts to help finalize deals.
• Persistently follow up until the proposal is approved.
• Send the completed proposal and proforma invoice to the client.
• Support clients after closure by assisting with brand promotion activities.

Who can apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 3 July 2026 and 7 August 2026, commit to a 2-month duration, and are based in Delhi. Applicants should also have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role. Freshers seeking job opportunities may also apply.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000.

Perks and conversion opportunity

Interns may receive a certificate, a letter of recommendation, an informal dress code, and a job offer on successful conversion. If selected as a permanent employee later, the expected annual salary is ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000.

Fusion Beauty is a New Delhi-based trade show organizer that runs international exhibitions across India. Since 2010, the company has focused on B2B events for the beauty and cosmetic manufacturing ecosystem. Its annual shows include Cosmo Tech Expo and Beauty & Spa Expo, both recognized as major international trade fairs held in India.
