Counselling + Sales Intern

About the internship

This work-from-home internship is for a counselor intern who can support student admissions through a blend of counselling and sales. Rahul Sir Classes focuses on using technology to make learning more accessible and to improve the overall education experience through digital tools and platforms.

What you will do

• Reach out to assigned student and parent leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and similar communication channels.
• Understand each learner’s needs and recommend the most suitable course or program.
• Guide students by aligning their academic goals, interests, and career plans with the right offering.
• Present program features, benefits, and likely career outcomes in a clear and convincing way.
• Keep in touch with interested leads regularly to support conversions.
• Record and maintain lead information in CRM tools or Google Sheets.
• Respond professionally to questions, doubts, and objections.
• Work toward weekly and monthly enrollment goals.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.

Role note

This internship combines counselling with sales. Regular follow-ups, persuasion, and target-based work are an important part of the role.

Who can apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can work remotely, can begin the internship between 24th Jun'26 and 29th Jul'26, and are available for a 1-month commitment. Applicants should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role. Women who want to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.

Stipend

The internship pays ₹3,000 per month.

• Prior exposure to counselling, telecalling, or sales is an added advantage.
