About the Internship

Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying prospective business opportunities within HR consulting and staffing services.
- Support the sales team in generating leads via phone calls, emails, and online research.
- Maintain precise records of client interactions, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Aid in the creation of basic proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Facilitate coordination between internal recruitment and operations departments.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, clients, and competitors.
- Develop an understanding of client needs and map them to appropriate solutions.
Who Can Apply
- Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Internship start dates should be between June 10, 2026, and July 15, 2026.
- Commitment to a 6-month internship duration is required.
- Applicants must reside in Mumbai.
- Possession of relevant skills and a keen interest in sales are necessary.
Other Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A foundational understanding or a strong interest in sales or business development.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Effective interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is advantageous.
- A positive outlook and a professional demeanor.
- Readiness to travel for client meetings across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Mumbai Suburbs.
- Previous experience is not mandatory, with a preference for 0-1 year.
- Educational qualification: Any graduate.
