ജോലി വിവരണം
Overview
This position is intended for an internal hire whose main objective is to convert inbound interest into signed client engagements. The company is a staffing agency that connects international talent with U.S.-based businesses across customer support, sales, engineering, and executive roles.
The role is open to candidates located in Latin America, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Because the client base is in the United States, the selected candidate must be available to work U.S. business hours in the client’s time zone, including 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
What the company offers
The business provides offshore staffing, software, and AI-enabled services. Most prospects are already interested when they come in, so the focus is on understanding their business needs, advising them on the right solution, and closing the sale.
Role focus
This is a consultative sales position that blends sales, marketing awareness, and business strategy. You will speak with CEOs, founders, heads of marketing, heads of sales, and operators at companies with roughly 20 to 200 employees. Your task is to help them decide whether they need to hire, which roles are actually required, and how the company’s services can support growth.
You will own the process from the first conversation through to the signed engagement letter. Performance is measured by revenue produced, not by activity metrics.
What you will do
- Lead discovery conversations with prospective clients.
- Ask targeted questions about growth goals, marketing operations, team structure, bottlenecks, and hiring history.
- Identify the real hiring need, which may differ from the role the client initially requests.
- Advise clients on suitable roles such as media buyer, paid ads manager, marketing manager, growth marketer, lifecycle marketer, email marketer, sales representative, appointment setter, project manager, or Shopify developer.
- Handle objections with confidence and composure.
- Create urgency and keep the deal moving without being overly aggressive.
- Guide prospects through to signed engagement letters.
What success looks like
In the first 60 to 90 days, you should be able to run calls confidently, show strong marketing understanding, begin closing deals, and build pipeline momentum. Over 6 to 12 months, success means maintaining steady deal flow, a strong close rate, dependable revenue contribution, and becoming a trusted contributor to the sales process.
Additional expectations
This is not an outbound-heavy role. You will not be cold calling, building lead lists, or running outbound campaigns. Instead, you are expected to think critically, ask strong questions, advise clients, challenge incorrect assumptions when needed, and close business. The role suits someone who is energetic, persuasive, and comfortable debating ideas in a fast-paced environment.
Application notes
Applications must be submitted in English. The hiring process requires completion of an application form and submission of a video demonstrating your skill set.
Requirements
Candidates should already understand concepts and tools such as Shopify, HubSpot, Google Ads, SEO, and e-commerce. If these are unfamiliar, the role is unlikely to be a match.
Experience around marketing or growth teams is important, along with a background in account executive or account management roles.
Personality fit
The ideal person speaks quickly, thinks quickly, builds rapport easily, enjoys high-energy teams, and likes turning conversations into outcomes. Someone who prefers a slow or quiet sales environment will not enjoy this role.
