Role Overview
This position calls for a well-organized and proactive Administrative Assistant who can support the company’s daily operations. The role serves as a central point of coordination, helping different teams work smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Help manage everyday operational activities, including order handling, delivery coordination, and stock tracking.
- Oversee customer service workflows, including returns and exchanges, and help resolve issues related to orders.
- Provide support for sales and marketing initiatives such as campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Carry out administrative tasks like data entry, reporting, and keeping internal records accurate and up to date.
Qualifications
- A diploma in Business, Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline is required.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, and candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience are also welcome.
