About the role

This position is part of the Ads Central Operations team and focuses on building the CRM operations backbone that supports Netflix Ads Sales. The person in this role will help define the workflows, capabilities, data structure, and operating model needed for the sales organization to scale. A key part of the job is partnering closely with Product & Technology and Regional Sales Operations to create a global CRM system that can still support local market needs.

The role is designed for someone who already understands sales operations deeply, knows how strong sales workflows should work, and can help shape the direction of CRM operations rather than simply gathering requirements. It calls for sound judgment, strong stakeholder management, and comfort with hands-on operational work. Responsibilities

  • Design and run CRM operating processes that support the sales cycle and customer lifecycle, while coordinating with vendor-supported operations for routine workflow work.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex or unclear CRM operational issues and help resolve them efficiently.
  • Own CRM enhancement planning by translating regional and local needs into scalable solutions that work globally.
  • Act as the central operations lead for CRM-related initiatives in partnership with Product Management.
  • Oversee sales execution processes in the CRM so that opportunity and activity tracking helps sellers take the right action at the right time.
  • Work with Product Management to improve CRM workflows that strengthen seller effectiveness and sales methodology adherence.
  • Monitor sales behaviors and identify workflow improvements that can increase operational effectiveness.
  • Define CRM guidance and policy in collaboration with Product Management to support the overall sales methodology.
  • Document CRM workflows for regional operations teams and coordinate release communications with Commercial Readiness & Enablement.
  • Help educate field teams on CRM updates and process changes.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in revenue operations, business analytics, or sales operations within a fast-growing media or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of how sales or revenue operations functions work and the business value they create.
  • Proven ability to design operations that convert business strategy into system-level solutions.
  • Experience building or improving sales workflows across regions or global markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex data to senior non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation and benefits
