AI/Data Analyst

Role overview

This position is for an AI/Data Analyst working onsite in Riviera Beach, Florida, supporting a client initiative focused on improving global scheduling decisions through artificial intelligence. The work centers on analyzing a worldwide build schedule and using AI to identify the most efficient way to allocate machine usage. In the early stages, the analyst will likely work alongside human planners until the process can function independently.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze global scheduling data and help shape AI-driven planning for machine utilization.
• Work in tandem with human planners during the transition to an automated process.
• Use operationally focused AI methods to support decision-making across the project.
• Move between projects as business needs change.
• Apply generative AI and prompt-based techniques to retrieve useful insights and outputs.

Requirements

• A background in Data Science or Data Analytics is preferred.
• This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with exposure to deep analysis and AI through academic work.
• Experience working with API-based data sets is important.
• The role calls for a practical, operations-oriented understanding of AI rather than building new AI technologies.
• Strong prompt-writing ability is needed to ask AI the right questions and extract accurate answers.
• Applicants should be comfortable moving from one assignment to another.
• Candidates interested in private equity and working in an IT environment are a strong fit.
• Knowledge of generative AI is required, though it does not need to be tied to a single platform or model.

Compensation and benefits
