Appointment Setter

Role Overview

Veritas International is looking for an Appointment Setter to support outreach efforts and help arrange meetings with prospective business clients. This position is suited to someone who is comfortable on the phone, can communicate clearly in English, and knows how to handle objections professionally.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead generation is required.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
• You should be confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• The role calls for solid phone manners and the ability to manage objections effectively.

Work Arrangement

This position is primarily work from home, with one scheduled day each week at the Moratuwa office in Western Province, Sri Lanka.

Compensation

The monthly base pay is LKR 75,000, along with an additional bonus tied to performance.
