Role Overview

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is seeking one Aptitude Trainer for its Amaravati campus in Andhra Pradesh. The role is focused on preparing students for competitive examinations and campus placements through structured aptitude and verbal training.

What You Will Teach

You will coach students in verbal aptitude and communication skills for exams such as CAT and GRE, as well as placement preparation. The training covers vocabulary, grammar, sentence correction, reading comprehension, critical reasoning, and verbal analogies.

In addition, the position involves delivering sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency, Interview Puzzles, and Non-Verbal Reasoning through engaging classroom or online instruction.

Core Responsibilities

The job includes building and improving learning material such as lecture notes, formula sheets, practice exercises, and mock test papers. You will also evaluate student progress through regular assessments and mock exams, then use performance analysis to offer tailored feedback and support score improvement.

Another important part of the role is guiding students on time management, exam strategy, and career possibilities while ensuring the training aligns with current industry needs and recruitment trends followed by companies.

Qualification and Skills

Applicants should hold a master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Management, or a closely related discipline. A strong command of mental mathematics, logical reasoning methods, and fast calculation techniques is required.

The ideal candidate should also be able to keep learners motivated and create a lively, high-energy classroom environment.
