The team is looking for a dependable Architectural Coordinator with solid project experience to support architectural coordination and site supervision from early planning through project completion, while building stronger technical and project management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural drawings, materials, site activities, and related works across the project.
• Examine project specifications, drawings, and architectural details to ensure the work is correctly understood and executed.
• Work closely with Architects, Consultants, and the Structural and M&E teams to solve technical and site-related issues.
• Draft, submit, and track RFIs, including follow-ups until all open matters are resolved.
• Handle the review of shop drawings, material submissions, and sample approvals.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to make sure project requirements and workmanship standards are met.
• Oversee architectural activities on site and check progress against the project programme.
• Carry out site inspections, measurements, and quality verification checks.
• Maintain compliance with BCA, CONQUAS/QM, and project quality standards.
• Detect, document, and close NCRs promptly.
• Participate in and lead architectural coordination meetings as well as daily site briefings.
• Compile progress updates and report project status to management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in private residential projects in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of architectural specifications, construction details, and building regulations.
• Working knowledge of BCA CONQUAS/QM standards and quality control practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret and coordinate Architectural, Structural, and M&E drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple stakeholders at once.
