Key duties

In this position, you will help the business grow through daily customer communication and account collection efforts. You will also deliver a strong in-store and in-home service experience, support safe and compliant product loading, unloading, and installation during deliveries and pickups, and help keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or collections
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid state driver's license with a strong driving record
• Willingness to drive company vehicles
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, appliances, and similar items
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
