Assistant Planner

About the Role

Burberry is seeking an Assistant Planner to join the Inventory Planning function in London. The position supports day-to-day inventory planning and reporting work, using centrally available data and close coordination with regional and divisional partners to deliver analysis that informs business priorities and decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Global OTB consolidation by channel and help prepare related tools and templates.
• Build, update, and maintain Excel-based planning templates.
• Produce ad hoc analysis that surfaces important risks and opportunities for the business.
• Create and maintain option planning templates used by Commercial Planning and Merchandising teams.
• Manage linked lines administration and maintain accurate data records.
• Assist with files and communications for global inventory rebalance activities when needed.
• Prepare analysis to identify risks and opportunities during rebalance work.
• Help maintain Global Delist files so the product lifecycle and exit path for mainline products remain accurate.
• Track and flag any potential risks or opportunities within delist activity.

• Experience with SAP or Business Objects would be an advantage.
