Role overview
This opportunity is for an Associate Principal / IT Operations Associate Manager (L09) in Gurugram. The role sits within the Business Unit IT function and is centered on leading digital transformation across the supply chain landscape. The scope includes planning, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and connected supply chain capabilities.
The position serves as a connector between business teams and IT, helping shape solutions, guide execution, and deliver transformation outcomes that matter to operations and the wider business.
Responsibilities
- Drive and support transformation initiatives across the supply chain technology landscape.
- Work on SAP-based environments and related business process improvements.
- Contribute to planning technology programs, including APO, Blue Yonder, and similar platforms.
- Support WMS and TMS implementation, optimization, and integration efforts.
- Engage with control tower solutions that improve visibility and decision-making across the supply chain.
- Help shape demand, define solutions, and translate business needs into practical technology approaches.
- Work closely with business stakeholders in a client-facing role.
- Promote adoption of new solutions and support change management activities.
- Help realize business value and ROI from transformation programs.
- Facilitate integration and coordination across supply chain systems and processes.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of overall experience with a strong techno-functional background.
- Experience in IT consulting along with hands-on implementation work.
- Good understanding of planning, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing domains.
- Background in supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
- Ability to influence business decisions and drive implementation successfully.
