Role Overview

This position is for a creative bar specialist at Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli in Doha, Qatar. The role calls for someone who can craft distinctive drinks, using local ingredients and traditions to produce beverages that are both original and appealing to guests.

What You’ll Do

You will be expected to deliver drinks service that is gracious, polished, and aligned with the property’s quality standards. A major part of the job is keeping the bar fully organized, properly prepared, and operating smoothly, while ensuring orders are taken and completed with speed and accuracy. You should also maintain a strong sense of pride in personal presentation, service quality, cleanliness, and the condition of your work area.

Standards and Operating Procedures

The role requires strict adherence to the Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and the Beverage Manual at all times.

Qualifications

• A diploma in Hospitality is required.
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations is preferred.
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent service is important.
• You should work well as part of a team.
