Role Summary

CCS is seeking a BIM Modeler for a full-time hybrid position based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. In this role, you will develop and maintain Building Information Models that support architecture, engineering, and construction work. The position involves producing and coordinating construction drawings, collaborating with teams from multiple disciplines, maintaining quality across project deliverables, and embedding Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing components into models. The role combines on-site teamwork with flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage BIM models for architectural, engineering, and construction assignments.
• Prepare and coordinate construction drawings with accuracy and consistency.
• Integrate MEP elements into project models and ensure they align with overall design requirements.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support project execution and coordination.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail across modeling tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on proficiency in BIM and familiarity with the relevant software tools used for modeling.
• Working knowledge of architecture and construction drawings.
• Experience in MEP system modeling and integration within project workflows.
• Strong focus on precision and accuracy in design and modeling work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Background in the construction or engineering sector will be an added advantage.
