Role overview

This opportunity is for a Branch Internship Executive program at Muthoot branches. Program details

Location will be assigned to the branch nearest to the candidate’s home, generally within a 5 km to 10 km radius. The opening is for graduates who passed out between 2020 and 2025. Compensation is stated as up to 2.50 LPA, with variables bringing it to up to 2.92 LPA per annum, and later up to 3.00 LPA per annum including performance-based components. The role begins as a stipend-based internship and includes the possibility of promotion after completion.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day branch activities connected to gold loan processing and customer service.
• Respond to customer questions and assist in resolving branch-related concerns.
• Contribute to lead generation, customer acquisition, and customer retention efforts.
• Help carry out marketing and promotional initiatives to improve branch visibility after tenure completion.
• Assist in maintaining client relationships through personalized support.
• Manage administrative work, data entry, and branch reporting tasks.
• Gain practical exposure to financial products, services, and relationship management.

Who can apply

Only fresh graduates are eligible. Applicants should have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university between 2020 and 2025. Strong communication in regional languages is required, along with a customer-focused mindset, willingness to learn, teamwork, and a proactive approach toward building a career in relationship management.

The program includes government-certified on-the-job training and structured exposure to branch operations and client interaction. Successful candidates may be promoted to Junior Relationship Executive after the 6-month internship.
