Business Application Analyst

Role overview

This position is focused on overseeing internal business applications, keeping existing systems running smoothly, and delivering new software solutions that match operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support and ongoing maintenance for internally built applications.
• Create new software applications and build improvements for existing ones.
• Keep current programs updated, stable, and performing efficiently.
• Take full responsibility for the applications assigned to you from start to finish.
• Review business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Handle support after deployment and resolve issues as they arise.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in software programming and application development.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL.
• Hands-on programming ability in Java, Python, C#, VB.NET, Flutter, or similar technologies.
• Exposure to Power BI and other reporting platforms.
• Fundamental understanding of SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
