To succeed in this role, you should bring prior BDR or SDR experience in a B2B SaaS setting and a strong record of hitting targets. Experience with inbound lead generation and/or outbound prospecting is needed. Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Gong is preferred but not required.

You should also have strong written and spoken communication skills, be a good listener, and be able to uncover customer needs while adapting quickly in a fast-moving environment.
