Role Overview
This opening is for a client of Zepcruit. The position is for a Café Staff member in Sector 91, Mohali, within a premium grocery store that also operates a healthy café counter.

Job Summary
The selected candidate will manage day-to-day activity at the healthy café counter. The role includes preparing fresh food and beverages, maintaining hygiene standards, and providing courteous service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare juices, salads, and sandwiches according to set recipes and standards.
- Store fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients correctly to preserve freshness.
- Keep the café counter and equipment clean and sanitized at all times.
- Process billing and POS transactions with accuracy.
- Guide customers by suggesting suitable products.
- Track raw material stock and coordinate replenishment with the store team.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
- Ensure customers receive a premium, welcoming, and friendly service experience.
Requirements
- Must have completed at least 10+2.
- About 1 year of experience in a café, QSR, or food preparation role is preferred.
- Should understand basic food hygiene and kitchen-handling practices.
- Communication skills in Hindi and basic English are required.
- Candidates should be neat, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
- Must be comfortable working in shifts.
